What personal information Chiryaghar collects, why, how long we keep it, and when it is shared with a provider.

We collect only the information we need to run each feature, and we share your details with a provider only when you ask us to. This page explains what that means in practice.
Who we are
Chiryaghar is a pet-care information and discovery service for Islamabad, Pakistan. You can reach us at hello@chiryaghar.com.
What we collect, and why
Some of these features are still being built; this policy covers each one as it goes live.

We don't ask for medical records or detailed health information about your pet. Please don't include them in notes or messages.
When we share your information
- With the provider you choose, only after you tick the consent box on an appointment request. They receive the details in that request, nothing more.
- With services that help us run the site, such as hosting and email delivery, only as needed to provide those services.
- When the law requires it.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't publish customer contact details or request details.
How long we keep it

Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@chiryaghar.com. We may need to confirm it's really you first. Every guides email has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work (for example, to keep an administrator signed in). If we add analytics, we'll choose a privacy-respecting option, we won't send form contents to it, and we'll update this page first.
Keeping information safe
Access to personal information is limited to the people who need it to run the service, admin actions are logged, and passwords are stored only in hashed form. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as we can.
Children
Chiryaghar is meant for adults. Please don't send us a child's personal information.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
